We collect and store only the information necessary to enroll you in the course, communicate with you, and deliver content. This may include your name, email address, payment details, and community activity. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
2. Confidentiality of Course Materials
All course content—including videos, PDFs, live session recordings, and proprietary frameworks—is the intellectual property of Laura J. Perry / Revealing Healing and is provided exclusively for enrolled participants.
You agree not to:
Share, distribute, record, or reproduce any part of the course content without express written permission.
Invite non-enrolled individuals to view course materials or attend live sessions.
3. Respecting the Community Space
If you participate in discussions within our Mighty Networks community or live calls, you agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants. Personal stories, case shares, or client-related discussions shared in the course space should not be shared outside it.
4. Data Retention
We retain course access records and participant communication for up to 12 months post-cohort for support and compliance purposes. You may request removal of your information at any time by contacting us directly.

Refund Policy Acknowledgment

- Refunds are only offered within 5 days of a renewal and only if no content has been accessed since that renewal.
- Refunds are not provided for missed cancellations, partial use of a billing cycle, or general lack of use.
- If I am eligible for a refund, I understand it will be processed at the discretion of the Revealing Healing team and may take 3–5 business days to complete.
- Submitting this request does not guarantee a refund.
We do not offer:
Partial refunds for unused days in your billing cycle
Pro-rated refunds or partial credit for tier downgrades mid-cycle
→ If you’d like to change your tier, it will take effect on your next billing cycle
Refund Abuse Policy
We’re all about mutual respect. That means we ask that cancellations and refund requests are made in good faith.
If we notice abuse of the refund or cancellation process, we reserve the right to deny future access to the community.
We don’t expect to use this clause often — but we include it to protect the space for all.
